Hehe thanks! Nope, it's not him, but he does look a lot like him! I don't know him personally, but I took this at a wedding I shot last year - it was a lot of fun! The couple was very romantic & sweet and so much fun to take pictures of ^^

I am sort of disappointed that he is not Christian Bale. I was planning on teasing my brother about how you got to meet him, and he did not.

Hehe, he does look like him though, doesn't he? I sort of am, and sort of am not... I guess I'm semi-professional? I freelance, doing weddings and events and that sort of thing, and I work with a studio on occasion, but it's not my main living (I'm still a student & all) and it's not the main career I'm pursuing (I'm going for teaching) but whatever I do, I definitely want to keep it a huge part of my life - I LOVE photography

*jaw-drop* You're going for teaching? Me, too! Aw, my gosh, I wish you had told me this earlier! You'd be an epic, awesome teacher, Mizzy. You tell stories in such a way that people actually want to hear them. (Just my opinion, but I think the best teachers are the ones who are good story-tellers.) You have wonderfully vivid imagination which shines through in all your artwork. Your creativity is truly inspiring, and I bet you will use it well in the classroom. Finally, you are so kind, intelligent, and (unlike some people) the crticism you offer is constructive and helpful. You will bring out the best in your students, as you did for me and my writing. Good luck, my friend!

Aww yay thanks so much! You are always so encouraging! I hope I can be a good teacher! I do have a problem with being shy in front of groups, though, which probably isn't the best thing for teaching but hopefully I can get over that enough to be a good teacher and expose my students to a ton of awesome lit works! They will all love Les Mis by the end of the year... :^^:

What grade or grades do you plan on teaching? I'm aiming to teach fifth graders, because they're old enough to be independent but young enough that they'll still listen to authority figures. Also, we share the same tastes. No matter what everyone tries to tell me, comic books and cartoons are pure awesome.

Think of the safety hazard. Mizzy, your students will break their spines just trying to heave the ol' brick onto their desks. I am totally just kidding.

Being a teacher will be a blast. It kills me that I can get a job in which I am paid to talk. That has been my dream ever since I was three.
